Rifles Indoor 25 Yards
Weather determined the move indoors so the format was open for ideas. Silhouettes and targets were both requested. The TARC Open format was chosen but the multiplier was increased from 1 to 10 shots which would return some large calculated outcomes off the card. Four rounds of 20 shots were required working through the various sized silhouettes. Height difference between silhouettes and target cards, loading and air supplies all factor in over a large number of shots.
Results:1st place Nigel with 9720, 2nd place Geoff with 9510, 3rd place John 9270
Note: Target double bulls of 20 points were taken by: John, Nigel, Frank, Brian and Geoff.
Ten set silhouettes: Nigel x4, Geoff x4, John x3 and Frank x3
Best individual target cards: Geoff 96, Nigel 99, Frank 96, Mark 79, John 98 and Brian 95.
Skills were evident but it was long format and consistency required to take the day, it was a deserving win by Nigel who was also awarded TARC's Most Improved Trophy from the team who have admired the effort he has put in over recent months.
