We were told rain today so inside it was. It so great to have the option in or out weather dependant. John Costain continues to improve and was asked what he has for breakfast and he replied 2 wheatbix with a dash of non fat milk. There has to be more to it than that surely. Nigel Kay is going to have to be watched as he finished with a 99. Our oldest member Keith Zehnder just missed a possible with a 99 also. Now back to Nigel his handicap score was a massive 426 to be top of the day followed by, you guessed it John Costain. Frank Eustace had the top score off the rifle with 395 including a hundred on one card. Two PBs were achieved by: Nigel Kay and John Costain. Scores were with Handicap: Nigel Kay 426, John Costain 413, Frank Eustace 404, Geoff Coubrough 396, Keith Zehnder410, Mark Evans333. It was good to see Brian Holland back, and a big thank you for doing the marking for the day. With all the cakes , buns and biscuits we had a bit of a feast with a cuppa to end a very enjoyable day.
