Taranaki Air Rifle 19 .11. 22
Last Saturday at the range was a pretty laid back day with shooters trying for the 44 Club. That was 4 lots of 10 Silhouettes at 20 yds with Air Rifles. John Brogden managed the feat with his Springer Air Rifle and was the only shooter to achieve a successful knock down . Those chickens look very small, so there is very little room for error.
The day finished with a Barbecue to recognise a birthday of Geoff Coubrough. It turned out to be a great social occasion and every one went home well fed. That brings me to a point that fellowship is so important even more so than competing . And that my friends is why we all turn up on a Saturday.
