Match report from Frank:- TARC members participated in a paper target 15metre bench rest air pistol shoot. I think there must have been something in the water because everyone shot well. Geoff started it off first to score an amazing 99 one shot off the perfect score and with a total of 351 and was the top shooter of the day. Beware Geoff the gap is closing with all the other shooters bunched up close behind. Frank was second 5 shots back with John third a further 3 points adrift. Mark , Tim and Nigel also shot well. In conclusion the standard of the shooting was much higher than we would have expected some months ago so the possible score of 100 will be scored by some one soon. Next Saturday we will be shooting air rifles field target weather providing. Air rifle shooters will need to know their elevations if they want to knock down targets. Now last of all, Omicron is among our population, so go careful and safely, and next Saturday may your pellets fly straight and true.
