Match report from Frank:- A bunch of keen air rifle shooters turned up at the Eltham 50 metre range for bench rest field target shooting. There was a tricky wind blowing but in saying that everyone shot well. Everyone had one shoot before having a stop for a cuppa. Having been refreshed we all stepped up a gear. What was in that tea?? Mark with his springer had a 9/10 and then a clear round of 10/10. Frank also had a 10/10. Geoff couldn't quite nail it with two 9/10s. Three shooters John, John and Tim all scored a 8/10 . As a total of 3 shoots a very consistent Geoff had the best aggregate for the day with 27 followed by Mark on 24 with both Tim and Frank on 22. With this being the final official shoot of 2021 we can look back on a very eventful year even with Covid 19 rearing its ugly head. We now operate with double jabs scanning in and 1 metre separation. This Protection Framework issued by TSNZ on 13 December should be read and understood by all shooters.
