Air Rifles, 25 Yards, Bench Rest Scored Targets
Weather was not good which made the planned indoor shoot a great choice.
Selected format 4 rounds of 10 shots each.
The day's added challenge was for perfect rounds of 100 points each.
Scores: Geoff 394/400, Nigel 391, Brian 384, Frank 396, John 386, Mark 379, Keith 392, Gavin 391.
The margins were small and Frank took an early lead but after round 2 Geoff levelled it up. Morning tea was taken where the American Presidential election was given a good shake out. During Round 3 Nigel closed in to keep Frank on his metal.
Congratulations Frank on a well contested win.
Merit Rounds
100 point rounds were attained by Geoff and Frank.
99 point rounds were attained by Nigel and Keith.
98 point rounds were attained by Brian, John and Gavin.
Keith was consistently applying pressure on the leaders as expected and the club index spreadsheet was updated to reveal Mark, Nigel and Brian continuously improving and all well capable of future challenges.
