Air Rifles Outdoors 50 metres
Cobwebs were brushed aside and field targets were the days choice, most took advantage of a sight-in session as our first day outside for some time.
Geoff, Gavin and Nigel gave good account of themselves with 10's on round one and they were joined by Frank on round two.
Scores after 2 rounds: Mark 8, Geoff 20, Frank 19, John 17, Gavin 20, Nigel 20
No allowance was given for rain deflection, but we were pleased to be under cover and with string lines out able to reset the drop downs remotely. Windage correction was 25 to 50mm at times so any hits were well deserved and a perfect round needed some keen observation.
