Outdoor Rifles Field Targets
On a perfect Taranaki day under a snow covered mountain the TARC field targets were dusted off for an autumn shoot.
Rounds 1-2 Scores: Keith 33, John 24, Geoff 37, Frank 34, Mark 24, Nigel 27.
Rounds 3-4 Scores: Keith 37, John 29, Geoff 28, Frank 34, Mark 16, Nigel 26.
Results: 1st place Keith 70 points, 2nd equal Frank 68 points with Geoff 68 points and 3rd equal John and Nigel 53 points.

First opportunity of the year for a field target shoot under the updated standing orders, 4-10 shot rounds were moved through easily and can be increased for the next event. 2 points for a drop was the assigned scoring and with no 80/80 being achieved we all have plenty to work on. After review we will move to individuals carrying their own scoring cards.
