25 yards indoor best grouping
3 rounds of 25 shots so plenty of shooting (Franks rules).
It appeared to be a day for the FX owners.
These are engineered European airguns with the potential for some tight groupings.
The rifles are all well capable so it comes down to pellet selection and the shooters ability on the day (the nut behind the rifle butt).
We are all seeking personal bests but a win is also nice.
Several shooters improved incrementally with each round, the margins were tight.
Best groups of the day were from Geoff and Frank at 0.27inch, multiple shooters had an average result of less than 0.5 inch over 25 shots so well done all.
Todays results 1st Geoff, 2nd Frank and 3rd Keith.
Digital Calipers are simple and accurate way to determine group OD, spreadsheet then adjusts for pellet size and provides calculated average with handicap where applicable.
