Rifles at 25yds on Targets
Well we have all heard of throwing a blanket over the field. Well that would apply very aptly today. The applied handicap worked so well that only 7 points separated all the 8 shooters out of 400 was remarkable . John Chandler had a PB of 318 And Paul Kuriger also had a PB 352. John Costain 404 had his nose out in front of Paul Kuriger 403. Keith Zehnder was third on 400 the others in no particular order were: Scores before handicap Geoff Coubrough 386, Nigel Kay 359, Frank Eustace 389, Mark Evans 346. We welcomed two new shooters . Daniel Chirac 166 and Umang Mandot 252 as soon as they have a few shoots they will be a force to reckon with.

President Geoff Coubrough chaired the meeting and gave a report on the health of the club mentioning the good attendance . He thanked Nigel , Frank, Mark and Paul Kuriger what they do. After his report he resigned the Presidents Chair and asked for nominations . There was some discussion before Geoff was re-elected unopposed. There was no change in committee or range fees.
Range safety was discussed and the question of a larger Gun Safe was raised. The matter of having more people sitting the R.O. Test was thought to be wise. A new shooting fixture list was compiled and will be available to members soon.
Cheers Frank E
