Glorious sunshine with swirling winds created a challenging but enjoyable environment when members took to the great outdoors for the day's shoot.
Members shot field targets, silhouettes and paper targets over 30 and 40 yards. Although we weren't shooting competitively the day was a huge success with unanimous agreement amongst all those gathered that the day must be repeated because it was great fun.
Erika and Sue provided delicious food for the guys which went down a treat. Thank you very much Erika and Sue.
At the end of the day Steve suggested that our next shoot be silhouettes. Of course we all saw through his motive for not shooting paper - it allows him to retain the most improved trophy for a few more weeks. Enjoy the trophy while you can, Steve.
